MORRO products are intended to complement your pet’s everyday care routine.
If your pet experiences pain, bleeding, significant tartar buildup, difficulty eating, loose teeth, swelling, persistent oral problems, or any other health concern, please consult a qualified veterinarian.
Always use MORRO products according to the directions provided on the product packaging or website.
5. PRICING
Prices displayed on morro.pet are shown in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.
Prices, promotions, bundles, subscription discounts, and special offers may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover a material pricing or product-information error after an order has been placed, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
6. ORDERS
When you place an order through morro.pet, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.
Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.
MORRO does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped according to the shipping options and information presented at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, remote destinations, customs processing, service interruptions, or other logistical events.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to modify or redirect it.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Eligible purchases made directly through morro.pet are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
For eligible single-bottle purchases, you may open and try the product during the guarantee period.
For eligible multi-bottle or bundle purchases, one bottle may be opened and tried. Any additional bottles must remain unopened, unused, with their original seals intact, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund of the eligible bundle.
Return authorization is required before sending products back to MORRO.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where MORRO offers subscription purchases, the applicable subscription frequency, price, discount, and renewal information will be presented before you complete your purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MORRO and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the subscription schedule presented at checkout.
Subscription orders will continue to renew until cancelled.
You may manage or cancel future subscription renewals through the subscription-management options made available to you or by contacting us at:
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Returns and refunds for subscription orders remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
If subscription pricing or other material subscription terms change, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
11. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
From time to time, MORRO may offer promotional codes, bundles, discounts, gifts, or other special offers.
Promotional offers may:

- Not be combinable with other offers

A waiver of one provision or violation does not constitute a waiver of any other provision or future violation.
